Learner Terms of Use

These terms apply whenever you use a Revyufy account as a learner — on any center's website, or in the Revyufy mobile app where your center has given you app access. They are an agreement between you and XenonLabs Software Development Services ("Revyufy"). Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

1. Revyufy and your center

Review centers and schools ("centers") use Revyufy to run their own websites and courses. Your center, not Revyufy, provides your program — its content, teaching, schedules, exams and results.

Your center may publish its own Terms of Enrollment and Refund & Payment Policy. When it does, you accept them when you pay for a program or redeem a voucher, and they also apply if your center enrolls you directly. Your center may also publish a Privacy Notice explaining how it uses your data. If the center's terms and these terms conflict about your program, the center's terms win; about your account or the platform, these terms win.

2. One account, many centers

Your Revyufy account is yours, not any single center's. The same sign-in works at every center you study with, and changes to your profile apply everywhere.

Each center controls access to its own programs. Under its own rules it can suspend or end your access, change your access period, remove you from the center, or delete your study records there. If a center is suspended, or stops using Revyufy, your access to its programs ends; ask the center about any remedy. Only you, or Revyufy under section 8, can close the account itself.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you confirm that your parent or guardian agrees to these terms; your center arranges any consent the law requires.
• Give accurate details and keep them up to date.
• Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• An account is for one person. Sharing an account or access to paid content is not allowed. Signing in on one device signs you out of any other.

4. Payments

When you pay for a program online, Revyufy collects the payment on behalf of your center through our payment processor. The center is the seller. We pass the payment on to the center after deducting payment-processing charges and our fee. If you pay a center directly, for example in cash, Revyufy is not part of that payment.

• Prices, installment plans and access periods are set by your center, and so are refunds — ask your center first. Refunds are arranged by the center, outside the platform.
• If your center has not published a refund policy, refund requests are between you and the center. Revyufy will help reverse a payment only where the law requires it or your center asks us to, and where that is still possible.
• Installments: every installment has a 7-day grace period. If one is still unpaid 7 days after its due date, your access to that program is suspended automatically until you pay it, and it returns as soon as you do. Your center may also suspend access under its own policy.

5. Revyufy AI credits

Credits for the AI assistant are sold by Revyufy directly. They belong to your account, work at every center, have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are non-refundable except where the law requires. Your last request may take your balance slightly below zero; your next top-up covers that first. Unused credits are lost when you delete your account.

AI answers can be wrong — check them against your center's materials, and do not rely on them as professional advice.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, download, record, screenshot, share or resell course materials, videos or exam content except as the platform allows;
• work around protections such as watermarks, download limits or screen-capture blocking;
• cheat on exams, or help others cheat;
• harass, threaten, or post unlawful, hateful or sexual content in communities or chats;
• impersonate anyone, or access accounts or data that are not yours;
• probe, overload, scrape, or interfere with the platform.

Your center moderates its own community and chats. You can report posts in the community; for anything else, contact the center.

7. The mobile app and offline lessons

Your center decides whether you can use the Revyufy app, and can turn it off. Lessons your center lets you save for offline use play only in the Revyufy app, on the phone that saved them, while you still have access. The app must go online at least every 14 days. Saved lessons lock when your access ends or is suspended, or when your center removes your app access.

8. Suspension and closing your account

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other users or the platform at risk.

You can delete your account from your profile on the web, or from More → Delete account in the app. You're signed out everywhere straight away. Deletion takes effect 7 days later, and signing in before then cancels it. It removes you from every center; to leave just one center, contact that center instead. If you are also on a center's staff, ask the center to remove you first, or email us. What is kept afterwards is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Content

Course content belongs to your center or its licensors. What you post stays yours, but you let your center and Revyufy host and display it to the people it is shared with, and let your center's staff moderate it, for as long as it stays on the platform.

10. Disclaimers and liability

Revyufy is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and secure but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not guarantee exam or licensure results. To the extent the law allows, Revyufy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid Revyufy directly (such as for AI credits) in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Consumer Act of the Philippines or other laws that cannot be waived.

11. Changes and governing law

We will ask you to accept material changes to these terms before you continue using Revyufy. These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines.
