Running a center
Branding, landing page and policies
Make the center yours, and publish your own terms and refund policy.
In the staff panel, Branding has four tabs.
General
Your logo (PNG, JPG or WebP, up to 10 MB), colors (a preset or your own hex values) and typography. Changes save automatically. Program tiers and Countdowns also live here.
Landing page
The public home page of your center, in nine sections: the first look, a video, your program catalog, features, team, testimonials, FAQ, contact, and a final call to action. Sections you leave empty are hidden. Use Save changes at the bottom.
Your FAQ and contact details also appear on your center's Help page (yourcenter.revyufy.com/help).
Sign-in page
A cover photo, up to three stats, and the headline and supporting line for the log-in and create-account panels.
Help & policies
Support email — where learners reach you about programs, schedules, payments and refunds. It's shown on your Help page, the sign-in page, and emails sent on your center's behalf.
Center policies — upload your own policies as PDFs, up to 20 MB each. All of them are optional.

We record which version each learner accepted. Uploading a new PDF creates a new version that applies to enrollments from then on — it never changes what earlier learners agreed to. Take down hides the current version from new learners.
Revyufy collects payments on your behalf, but refunds are set by you. If you haven't published a refund policy, our Learner Terms tell learners that refund requests are between them and your center.
