Learners and vouchers

The Learners page

In the staff panel, Learners has three tabs: Learners, Vouchers and Mobile app.

The list has one row per enrollment, with quick filters such as Payment overdue, Expiring soon, Suspended, Gone quiet and Never started. Select several rows to change access, send a nudge, or manage mobile app access in bulk.

Enroll a learner yourself

Use Add a learner → Enroll a learner to give someone access straight away without a payment. They need an existing account at your center.

Vouchers

A voucher is a single-use code that enrolls one learner in one program, with no payment. Use Add a learner → Generate voucher and choose:

• the program and tier,
• Code expires on — the last day it can be claimed (not how long access lasts),
• optionally an access length, overriding the program's,
• optionally an email — the code is then locked to that address and emailed to it. Leave it blank for a code anyone can redeem.

Learners redeem a code from the program page (Have a voucher? Redeem code) or from the link you send. If you've published policies, learners accept them when they redeem, just like when they pay.

On the Vouchers tab you can copy, resend or revoke a code.

Change or end access

From a learner's row menu or their record:

• Change access dates
• Suspend access / Restore access. Suspension also happens automatically when an installment is more than a week overdue, and restoring won't stick until the balance is paid.
• Cancel enrollment
• Revoke access — removes the learner from every program at your center and from chat. Nothing is deleted.

The learner record has Access, Payments and Records tabs. Records has staff-only notes and an automatic history.

What each person can do

Enrolling and vouchers need Manually enroll students. Changing access needs Edit enrollment status. Notes need Add and delete learner notes. See Your team and permissions.
