The Revyufy mobile app

One app for every center

The Revyufy app is for learners. They find your center by name or address, sign in with their usual account, and can switch between every center they study at. It has five tabs: Home, Path, Feed, Chat and More.

Learners create their account on your center's website. The app is for signing in.

Giving learners the app

App access is granted per learner and billed to you each month as mobile learners (see What Revyufy bills you). Manage it under Learners → Mobile app:

• Give every new learner the app — the owner can turn this on so new learners get access automatically, and optionally extend it to current learners.
• Staff with Grant and revoke mobile app access can give or remove access one learner at a time or in bulk.

A learner without access sees that the app isn't turned on for them and is asked to contact you. Removing access doesn't affect the website, but any lessons they saved on their phone lock, and the current month is still billed.

Offline lessons

If you allow offline viewing on a video lesson, learners can save it in the app. Saved lessons:

• play only in the Revyufy app, on that phone, while the learner still has access,
• need the phone to come online at least every 14 days,
• lock if access ends, is suspended, or app access is removed.

Payments in the app

To follow the app store rules, the app doesn't sell programs or link to payment pages. Learners enroll and pay on your center's website.
