Running a center
Programs, lessons and pricing
Build a program, add lessons and assessments, set prices, and publish.
How a program is organised
Program → Section → Module → Lesson or assessment.
- A program is what learners enroll in and pay for.
- Sections and modules organise the program's content.
- Lessons are videos, PDFs or text. Assessments are quizzes or exams.
Tracks (Programs → Tracks) only group programs on your public catalog and landing page. They don't hold any content themselves.
Create a program
In the staff panel, go to Programs and create one. Give it a title, an optional description, and choose:
- Sequential navigation — learners must complete lessons in order.
- Access period — how long learners keep access once they enroll.
A program has three tabs: Curriculum, Enrollment and Public listing.
Add content
In Curriculum, add sections and modules, then Add content:
- Lesson — video, PDF, or text. Choose videos and PDFs from your Library, which is shared by all your centers. PDFs can be up to 50 MB and 100 pages.
- Assessment — write new questions or copy an existing assessment. Questions are multiple choice. You can set a passing score, a time limit, and whether learners see their results and the correct answers.
Per-lesson options include allowing PDF downloads, allowing offline viewing of videos in the mobile app, and watermarks.
A module can be restricted to certain tiers, held back until a release date, or set to Requires full payment, so learners on an installment plan can only open it once they've paid in full.
Set prices
In Enrollment, add pricing plans:
- One-time — a single payment.
- Installment — split into regular payments. The presets are 3, 6 or 12 monthly payments, or 4 quarterly payments. Each installment has a 7-day grace period.
Each plan has a name, a tier (what the learner gets), a price in PHP, and optionally the dates it's available. New plans start inactive — turn one on from its menu with Activate. A plan that already has enrollments can't be edited; deactivate it and create a new one.
Tiers are managed under Branding → General → Program tiers. Full Access always sees every module; other tiers only see modules you tag for them.
Publish
A program can be published once it has an access period, an active pricing plan, and at least one lesson learners can open. Publishing:
- makes it visible and enrollable on your center's site,
- locks the access period,
- creates a chat channel for the program and adds your staff to it.
Archiving hides a program from new enrollments and can't be undone.
