Running a center
Getting started as an owner
Sign up, get approved, and open your first review center.
1. Create your owner account
Go to app.revyufy.com/register and fill in your name, email, mobile number and a password of at least 10 characters. You can also use Continue with Google. We'll email you an 8-digit code to confirm your address.
The first time you sign in you'll be asked to accept the Platform Terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. Wait for approval
Every new owner account is reviewed by our team. While it's under review, the owner hub shows Your application is under review — this usually takes one to two business days.
Once you're approved we set up your account, including your video library. You'll get an email, Welcome to Revyufy — your account is ready, when everything is in place. The next time you open the owner hub you'll be asked to accept the Data Processing Agreement, which covers how we handle your learners' data for you.
If your application isn't approved, the page tells you why and gives you a way to contact us.
3. Open your first center
In the owner hub, go to Centers and choose Create center.
Details
- Center name — 2 to 100 characters.
- Subdomain — your center's address, e.g.
yourcenter.revyufy.com. Lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens, 3 to 50 characters. It can't be changed later, so choose carefully. - Support email — where learners reach you. You can change it later under Branding → Help & policies.
Branding (optional) — colors, logo and typography. You can skip this and do it later.
You can run up to 5 centers from one owner account.
4. Find your way around
The owner hub has four sections:

| Overview | Learners, revenue this month, what you owe, and anything that needs attention |
| Centers | Open each center's staff panel, manage its team, or create a new one |
| Earnings | Money coming in from learners, and payouts to your bank or e-wallet |
| Billing | What Revyufy charges you each month |
Your personal details, password and two-factor sign-in are under Account in the menu at the top right.
Each center has its own staff panel at yourcenter.revyufy.com/staff. That's where programs, learners, the feed, calendar and branding live. From Centers, use Go to staff panel.
